The Golden Troops of Club Penguin

3) Government

The Golden Troops are a Democratic Republic. This means that we will elect our leaders, but the citizens have a vote for the leaders. Democracy means (elected by officials) and republican means (elected by citizens). Below are our ranks in the leader form of government.

• President- The president is in charge of everything. He is also in charge of other leaders and decides who to promote and when to promote them. This person can be impeached for act of wrongdoing.
• Vice President- The vice president must be elected. This person can serve for a year at a time. There is no limit to the times served. The vice president is in charge of everything the president doesn’t want to deal with or can’t deal with.  This person can be impeached too or fired by the president.
• Chief of Staff- This person must be elected. They serve just like the vice president, except they can only serve half a year (6 months) at a time. This person may serve up to 3 terms as Chief of Staff. This person can be impeached or fired by the president.
• Seargent Major- This person must be elected by the citizens. The president has no say in this election. They can only serve up to 3 terms of 4 months. They may also be impeached or fired by the president.
• Captain-This person must be elected by citizens and approved by the 3 of the 4 higher classifications of officials. They may serve as long as 3 terms of 3 months at a time. The citizens will chose to relect them and the 3/4ths vote has to approve.
• Citizen (agent)- A citizen is anybody that is unelected

We vote without a cabinet, the president cannot vote for lower classes unless there is a tie.

• Citizens get to run in elections.
• Citizens get to be part of the army.
• Citizens are well respected throughout the CPSS community.
• Citizens get to participate in our contests and/or parties.

5) Elections

We hold an election after one of the officials terms ends or something happens to them. We will give people a week to send in there information. After that we will have a poll and the winner get’s elected. Here is how our elections happens.

• Everybody sends in there Club Penguin name to cpsselections@yahoo.com
• We will hold several polls and the winners go up to the next round in the election.
• We will post the day of one of the terms ended for recruits and will leave it on a stickynote at the top for one week then we will start the elections. We will make it to where each computer can only vote once.

6) FLAG

1. Orange Background-Stands for the color of strength. Soon orange will be dominant.
2. Gold Stripe-Stands for our respect for our main color gold.
3. “We fight together, we win forever”-Our logo for Golden Warriors
4. Winged Helmets-Stands for our symbol for Golden Warriors
5. Penguin in Middle-Stands for our armies together as one.
